Meet Our Team
Mike Niedbalski
Mike Niedbalski has been in the executive search business for 28 years.
After founding Integritas Search in February 2008, his friend and colleague Pete Owsianowski assisted him in expanding the firm’s reach. He has placed importance on expanding the accounting, human resources, engineering and management roles. Through all this change, Mike and Pete have stuck to their roots by trademarking the tagline, “Michiana’s Most Connected Recruiters!”, in 2016. As a South Bend native, Mike is a St. Joseph High School alum and a 1996 graduate of Purdue University.
Edward A. Hayes
Edward A. Hayes is a seasoned Senior Leader with a rich career history spanning prominent companies such as Xerox, IBM, HCL, and Coveo.
Edward has expertly managed and led National and Global accounts, National Sales Teams, and fostered relationships with the top 50 companies in the world.In 2021, Edward acquired Burkhart Signs and promptly rebranded it as Hayes Design Co. (HDCO) spearheading the development of a comprehensive national branding strategy tailored for local, regional, and national businesses.
Edward excels at putting clients first, helping them envision the intrinsic value of partnering with HDCO. This client-centric approach underscores his leadership and commitment to excellence.
Amy Drake
Amy Drake is a St. Joseph County Councilwoman. She was elected in 2022 to represent Clay Township.
Amy is married with seven children and has worked for most of her life as a stay-at-home mother and homeschooler. Amy decided to kickstart her career as a journalist leading to her accomplishments in speechwriting for the U.S. Speaker of the House. Amy continues to write political content and her writing is occasionally featured in The Federalist, a prominent web magazine for relevant emerging news on culture and politics.
Matt Schrock
Matt Schrock is the Vice President of DJ Construction.
He is an expert in client and community relationships, sales, business development, PR-related opportunities, and caretaking for the company and its employees. DJ Construction is a family-owned business, for the past 70 years, they have been dedicated to using their success to make the community a better place. DJ has offices in Goshen, IN, and Kalamazoo, MI, with about 80 full-time staff. At its core DJ is dedicated to honor Christ, do great work, and impact people.
John Wingfield
John Wingfield is a Commercial Lender and Vice President of Business Banking at Centier Bank in South Bend, IN.
John studied history at Indiana University before joining the U.S. Coast Guard. After dedicating ten years of service as a coxswain doing search and rescue and law enforcement, John has become very involved in the local community. He is the President of the Board of South Bend Heritage and a board member of the South Bend History Museum.
Mike Ronchetti
Mike Ronchetti has more than thirty-five years' worth of real-life on-the-ground experience with small and medium-sized businesses.
Since these businesses span many different industries, Mike has a variety of skills operating and exiting each one. Each business has taken Mike and his family to a different location. Mike has lived in Plainfield, IL, St. Paul, MN, and Anchorage, AK. In 2013 he returned to Plainfield but has since relocated to Michiwaka to be closer to family, taking up responsibilities like becoming an ActionCOACH in 2021. Mike’s mission is to work with business owners and executives to create and establish goals and reach them together.
John F. McSorley Jr.
John is a co-founder and Managing Partner for Guidance Wealth and Guidance Investment Advisors.
In addition to working with Private Wealth, John heads the Qualified Plan Development team working as an Investment Advisor and as a Fiduciary Consultant to ERISA Retirement Plans. He is a long-time member of the American Retirement Association in Washington DC, working to strengthen and protect the legislation governing our nation’s retirement system. After serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, John graduated from The University of the State of New York Albany and later earned his MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. John presently serves on the Investment Advisory Board for the National RMHC Investment Program, and also serves on our Congressional District’s Military Service Academy Committee, providing nomination recommendations to our congressional representatives.
Kyle Johnson
Kyle Johnson is an accomplished entrepreneur and industry leader with expertise in multiple domains
A few of these include commercial printing, creative design, commercial and residential cleaning, and general business management. Since Kyle has such a diverse skill set, he is regarded as a leader with unique visions for the success of each business he connects with.
R. William Jonas Jr.
As a graduate of Indiana University Bloomington Maurer School of Law, R. William Jonas Jr. has been licensed to practice law since 1981
Mr. Jonas currently handles business bankruptcy, litigation, estate planning, personal injury, and other civil and commercial litigation matters in the South Bend Elkhart area. He is admitted before all Indiana state courts, the U.S. District Courts in the Northern and Southern Indiana Districts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Jonas is a past President of the Indiana State Bar Association and presently serves as a member of the Supreme Court committee overseeing the Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program (JLAP).
Hugh Johnson
Hugh Johnson is the Principal at J2 Marketing.
Hugh is a highly experienced marketing executive who possesses extensive expertise in advertising management, website development and SEO. His skills also include social media, videography, video blogging, and brand development. Hugh’s comprehensive skill set and strategic vision make him a leader in the marketing industry.
Regina Emberton
Regina Emberton is the CEO of ChoiceLight, Inc.
ChoiceLight, Inc. is a public-private partnership providing broadband infrastructure through a dark fiber optic network to commercial, financial, educational, healthcare, and governmental agencies in St. Joseph, Marshall, and Elkhart counties. Previously, Regina was President & CEO of the South Bend – Elkhart Regional Partnership, where she spearheaded regional collaboration and strategic planning, resulting in significant investments in the region. With 14 years of experience in commercial real estate, Regina’s background includes research, consulting, brokerage, investment, and development. She holds a BS and MPA in Community and Economic Development from Indiana University South Bend, along with CCIM, SIOR, and CEcD certifications.
Robert Mendoza
Robert Mendoza is a partner at Insight Accounting Group, PC, with office locations in Goshen, Elkhart, and Mishawaka.
He has spent his entire professional career at Insight starting in July of 2000. In 2006, he became a Partner at Insight and currently oversees their business tax and valuation consulting practices. He believes by providing valuation and exit planning services, he can help their business clients achieve their goals to transition their businesses when the time is right successfully. He is married to Ariane and has 3 sons. He spends his leisure time watching his boys play soccer, traveling with his wife, and golfing with friends.
Brian Witkowski
Brian Witkowski has spent most of his life in the Michiana area, growing up in New Carlisle, IN, and currently residing in Rolling Prairie.
With a background in sports and a B.A. in Mathematics from Kalamazoo College, where he excelled in varsity basketball, Brian transitioned to the IT field. He started in IT Support and moved into sales with Orion Group, now the AME Group. As a Strategic Advisor for the AME Group, Brian excels in identifying IT challenges, gaining trust, and configuring custom solutions that meet customers’ needs for cost and functionality, creating long-term, loyal relationships.
Pete Owsianowski
Pete Owsianowski is a dedicated recruiter and business professional with a passion for helping people and fostering connections.
As a key member of the Integritas team, he prides himself on being one of Michiana’s Most Connected Recruiters. Before joining Integritas in 2014, Pete spent 23 years in various roles within sales, service management, and marketing at Burkhart Advertising, CBRE/Bradley, and Ziker Uniforms. His strengths in recruiting, business management, relationship development, sales, and marketing have been instrumental in driving revenue growth and nurturing deep business relationships. Pete is a servant leader, having served as President of the South Bend Rotary Club, Michiana Ad Club, and The Music Village board, and currently serves on the board of the St. Joseph County Park Foundation.
Eric Jensen
Eric is an architect specializing in architecture, project management, and business development, focusing on enhancing client relationships and community connections.
Licensed since 2014, he has worked on construction administration for libraries, higher education, and community projects. Eric is a former president of AIA Northern Indiana, has served on the board of AIA Indiana, and is active in the Mishawaka Rotary Club. He volunteers as a coach with Harris Baseball and is an alumnus of Leadership South Bend – Mishawaka and Michiana Forty under 40. Eric enjoys family time at Crooked Lake with his wife Laura and their four children, as well as playing basketball, golf, mountain biking, and gravel riding.
Chris Rowland
Chris Rowland is a retired employee benefits specialist with over 30 years of industry experience.
Throughout his career, Chris excelled in helping employers design and structure benefit plans, effectively negotiating carrier agreements for both fully insured and self-funded medical plans. He played a key role in aiding employers with communications to employees regarding their benefit programs and trained human resource specialists to gain a deeper understanding of benefits design, procurement, and implementation. For over a decade, Chris led the benefits team, achieving organizational goals, managing budgets, and overseeing hiring and terminations. His career was dedicated to optimizing benefits solutions and fostering informed, efficient HR practices.
John Jessen
John Jessen joined Bradley Company in 2014 and serves as Managing Director in the South Bend office, focusing on office, retail, and investment sales.
He is also the Director for Bradley Capital Markets, bringing nine years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Prior to Bradley Company, he worked at Raymond James & Associates and Whirlpool Corporation. John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. John lives in Granger, IN with his wife and two sons, enjoying cycling, boating, and cheering for the Fighting Irish football team.
